JTEKT India Limited has received three notices of assessment and demand from the Excise and Taxation officer-cum Assessing Authority, Gurugram (Haryana) under Section 9 of the Haryana Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Areas Act 2008.
The notices were received on 15th June, 2026 at 17:40 through email. The demands aggregate to ₹26,91,900 (Twenty Six Lakh Ninety One Thousand Nine Hundred Rupees) for the financial years 2015-16 to 2017-18.
The alleged violation is non-payment of Haryana Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Areas. According to the company's assessment, there is no material impact on financials, operations or other activities as they are in the process of filing a reply against the notice.
