Jungle Camps India Ltd appointed Shivam Agarwal as Scrutinizer for postal ballot and e-voting process.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting on 07th May 2026.
The company will use CDSL's e-voting services for the process as per SEBI LODR Regulations.
