Jupiter Industries & Leasing Ltd. has called an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on April 29, 2026, to appoint Nishtha Khandelwal & Associates as the company's Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term.
The EGM, scheduled for 2:00 PM on April 29, 2026, will be held at the company's registered office in Mumbai, with e-voting available from April 24 to April 28, 2026.
The proposed resolution includes a remuneration of ₹50,000 plus taxes and expenses for the secretarial audit services for the period from FY 2025-26 to 2029-30.
