Jupiter Infomedia Promoters Seek Reclassification to Public

• Promoters of Jupiter Infomedia Ltd filed reclassification requests from 'Promoter/Promoter Group' to 'Public Category' under Regulation 31A(10) of SEBI LODR on March 26, 2026.
• Reclassification follows a Share Purchase Agreement dated April 9, 2025, under which acquirers Arix Capital Limited and Mrs. Kajal Gopal Baldha acquired 51,10,000 shares (~51% stake) from promoters.
• Post-SPA and open market sales, promoter holding in Jupiter Infomedia has declined to 6.77%, below the 10% threshold required for reclassification under Regulation 31A(3)(b).
• Listed subsidiary Netlink Solutions India Limited will see indirect change in control, with Mr. Minesh Modi and Mrs. Rupa Modi also required to be reclassified as non-promoters separately.
