Jyoti Structures Appoints Cost Auditor for FY26-27

Jyoti Structures appointed CMA Dr. Narhar K. Nimkar as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27 via board resolution.
The appointment was made pursuant to SEBI LODR regulations and disclosed to BSE and NSE.
Dr. Nimkar is a Fellow Cost Accountant with over 41 years of experience in finance and taxation.
The board meeting outcome reference is JSL/HO/CS/GEN/26-27/05 dated April 30, 2026.
