Kaka Industries appointed CA Dharmendra R Thakkar (D.R. Thakkar & Associates) as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 15th May 2026.
The appointment complies with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations requirements.
