The Supreme Court dismissed the special leave petition filed by Kalinga Commercial Corporation Ltd. against Central Coalfields Ltd.
The Court found no grounds to interfere with the impugned order of the Jharkhand High Court dated 09.03.2026.
The pending interlocutory application was also disposed of as a result of the dismissal.
