Item 1 approved increase in Authorised Share Capital and amendment to MoA; Item 2 approved private placement of NCRPS at ₹1,000 each to M/s R.V. Investment and Dealers Limited.
Total votes polled for Item 1 were 3,20,78,953 (73.42% of outstanding shares); Item 2 polled 2,88,68,833 votes (66.07%).
