Karnimata Cold Storage Limited has submitted a clarification to BSE SME Platform regarding the delayed disclosure of the outcome of its Board Meeting held on 28th May, 2026. The delay was in response to an email communication from BSE dated 03rd June, 2026 seeking clarification.
The Board of Directors had duly approved and executed the financial results along with the Auditor's Report on 28th May, 2026. However, immediately following the meeting, the company experienced an unexpected operating breakdown of its internal compliance systems and data servers. This technical infrastructure failure prevented the generation and transmission of the finalized outcome disclosure.
Due to this IT infrastructure issue and the subsequent weekend, the company's technical IT team required additional time to completely restore and test the systems. The systems were successfully regularized on the morning of Monday, 01st June, 2026, after which the data was retrieved and the disclosures were uploaded to the BSE Portal on the same day.
The company states that the delay was entirely administrative and unintentional, and requests BSE to take this clarification on record and condone the late submission.
