KEC International Appoints Deloitte as Statutory Auditor

KEC International's Board approved Deloitte Haskins & Sells as new statutory auditor for a five-year term.
The appointment is effective post the 22nd AGM in 2027, subject to shareholder approval.
Current auditor Price Waterhouse will continue until the conclusion of the 22nd AGM.
The change is due to Price Waterhouse completing their second consecutive five-year term.
