KEC International Limited has made a regulatory disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations regarding the revocation of its exclusion from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) tenders and contracts.
The company refers to its previous intimations dated November 18, 2025 and December 27, 2025 regarding PGCIL's exclusion order that prevented the company from participating in PGCIL tenders and contracts for a period of 9 months effective from November 18, 2025.
PGCIL has now revoked the exclusion order vide its letter dated June 26, 2026, with the revocation taking effect immediately from June 26, 2026. This decision was made after considering representations and various actions taken by the company.
As a result of this revocation, KEC International is now permitted with immediate effect to participate as a bidder or sub-contractor in all PGCIL tenders and contracts.
