Supreme Court allowed Kerala Dhana Vyavasaya Kuries and Loans (P) Ltd's application for exemption from filing the copy of the impugned judgment.
The Court also condoned the delay in filing the application, ordering a notice to be issued returnable by 11 August 2026.
