Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited (KFIL), a material subsidiary of Kirloskar Industries Limited, has undergone the following statutory auditor changes:
- M/s. Kirtane & Pandit LLP, Chartered Accountants ceased to hold office as statutory auditor on 5 August 2026
- Cessation reason: Completion of two terms of five consecutive years each pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules thereof
- The cessation was effective at the conclusion of the 35th annual general meeting held on 5 August 2026
- M/s. P G BHAGWAT LLP, Chartered Accountants will continue to hold office as statutory auditor until the conclusion of the 38th annual general meeting
- M/s. P G BHAGWAT LLP's appointment was approved by members at the annual general meeting held on 24 September 2024
