KJMC Financial Services Appoints TLB & Co as Auditors

KJMC Financial Services held an EOGM on May 02, 2026 to appoint new statutory auditors due to a merger-induced casual vacancy.
Members approved M/s. TLB & Co, Chartered Accountants, as auditors until the conclusion of the 38th AGM in 2026.
The appointment was based on Audit Committee recommendation and Board approval following the merger of V P Thacker & Co.
E-voting was conducted from April 29 to May 01, 2026, with results to be disclosed to stock exchanges within two days.
