Kkalpana Industries Reconstitutes Audit Committee

Kkalpana Industries reconstituted its Audit Committee following member resignation due to time constraints.
Mrs. Ramya Hariharan stepped down from committee but remains Independent Director effective 6 May 2026.
Mr. Dhari Lal Goenka appointed as new Independent Director member effective 11 May 2026.
Committee composition complies with Companies Act 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulations requirements.
