KLG Jewellers SLP Dismissed, Modification Liberty Granted

Supreme Court disposed the Special Leave Petition filed by KLG Jewellers against the State of Punjab.
Court granted petitioner liberty to seek modification of the High Court order, citing two analogous cases (CM-516-CWP-2026 and CWP-1516-2026).
If an adverse order is issued, petitioner may file another Special Leave Petition against that order.
All pending applications in the matter are also ordered to stand disposed.
