NCLT Chennai orders dissolution of Kobelco Plate Processing India Pvt Ltd following completion of its voluntary liquidation process.
Liquidator Nithya Pasupathy distributed Rs 27.49 crore from cash balances and refunds to shareholders after settling all dues.
The liquidation process, initiated in December 2022, was completed in April 2025 after necessary regulatory filings and stakeholder notifications.
Registrar of Companies and Income Tax Department confirmed no pending complaints, demands, or prosecutions against the dissolved company.
