Kokuyo Camlin received a rectification order dated March 30, 2026 from Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Mumbai, modifying the reassessment for AY 2018–19.
The rectified order results in an incremental tax liability of Rs. 3.05 crore (₹30,538,227) over the original demand of Rs. 20.26 crore under Section 143(3).
The company plans to appeal the residual demand and does not expect any material impact on its financial position or operations.
