Campaign Overview

Krystal Integrated Services Limited has launched the Second 100-Day Campaign "Saksham Niveshak" as requested by the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). The campaign runs from April 1, 2026, to July 9, 2026, and aims to enable shareholders to update their KYC and related details to prevent transfer of unpaid or unclaimed dividends to the Investor's Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).

Shareholder Action Required

Shareholders are urged to update the following details with the Company or the Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly Link Intime India Private Limited), or their Depository Participants:

  • PAN details
  • Nomination details
  • Contact information (postal address, mobile number)
  • Bank account details
  • Specimen signature

Specifically for claiming unpaid/unclaimed dividends for financial years 2023-24 and 2024-25, shareholders must:

1. Contact their Depository Participant (DP) to update KYC details including latest bank details with IFSC code

2. Contact the RTA (MUFG) for all enquiries and claims regarding unpaid/unclaimed dividend

Required Documentation

Shareholders need to provide the following information to the RTA:

  • Full name and address
  • Updated Client Master List (CML) along with duly signed request letter
  • DP ID & Client ID (Demat ID)

Dividend Payment Method

Dividends on shares are payable only through electronic mode for shareholders with unpaid or unclaimed dividends. Amounts will be credited to shareholders' bank accounts only after required information/documents are updated.
