KSB Appoints B S R as Statutory Auditor Replacing Price Waterhouse

KSB Limited's Board accepted the resignation of statutory auditor Price Waterhouse, effective April 30, 2026.
Price Waterhouse resigned at management's request to align with the intermediate holding company's audit firm.
The Board appointed B S R & Co. LLP as new statutory auditor, subject to shareholder approval at the May 20, 2026 AGM.
The change followed completion of FY2025 audit and Q1 2026 limited review, with no concerns cited by the outgoing auditor.
