KSB Proposes BSR as New Statutory Auditors

KSB Limited issues an addendum to its 66th AGM notice proposing two resolutions for auditor appointment.
M/s Price Waterhouse resigned effective 30th April 2026 to align auditors across the KSB Group.
The board recommends appointing M/s B S R & Co. LLP to fill the casual vacancy and for a five-year term.
Proposed audit fee for FY 2026 is ₹44 lakh plus taxes, with no material change from previous auditor.
