Kusam Electrical Appoints Manoj Ayadi as Secretarial Auditor

Kusam Electrical's Board appointed M/s. Manoj V Ayadi & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26.
The appointment fills a casual vacancy created by the resignation of the previous auditor, CS Nishi Jain.
The new auditor's term is effective from May 15, 2026, to conduct the audit for the current financial year.
