The appeal was against an original order received from the Commercial Tax Officer (Enforcement-4), Office of the Commercial Tax Officer, Navanagar, Hubballi. The original order, for which an intimation was made on March 16, 2024, directed the company to pay an aggregate demand of ₹7,23,902/-. This amount comprised a penalty of ₹3,61,951/- under the CGST Act and ₹3,61,951/- under the SGST Act.
