Lancer Container Lines Promoters Change Name, Citizenship

Lancer Container Lines disclosed name and citizenship changes for two promoters under SEBI LODR Regulation 30.
Promoter Abdul Khalik Abdul Kadar Chataiwala is now Suleyman Emre, and his spouse Tarannum Chataiwala is now Tarannum Emre, both acquiring Turkish citizenship.
The company clarified there is no change in shareholding, control, or promoter group status of either individual.
