Landmark Property Development signed a Refund and Settlement Agreement with related party Eterna Living Private Limited on March 27, 2026.
The agreement covers cancellation of a space booking arrangement and refund of ₹35,26,15,047 within six months.
₹15,00,000 received as part payment on execution date; transaction approved by Audit Committee, Board, and shareholders at EGM held March 12, 2026.
