The 22nd Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2025-26 was held on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. (IST) and concluded at 11:04 A.M. The meeting was conducted entirely through video conferencing/other audiovisual means (VC/OAVM) in accordance with circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI. The record date for determining shareholder voting rights was September 18, 2026, on which there were 37,331 shareholders.

Voting Process and Methods

The voting process was scrutinized by Mr. Muffaddal Jawadwala, proprietor of M/s M. Jawadwala & Co., a Practicing Company Secretary (Membership No.: A30840, CP No.: 16191), who was appointed by the company's board on August 27, 2026.

The company engaged MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly Link Intime India Private Limited) to provide the e-voting platform. Two methods were used:

  • Remote e-Voting: The voting period was open from September 22, 2026, at 09:00 A.M. to September 24, 2026, at 05:00 P.M.
  • E-Voting during the AGM: Voting was also conducted during the meeting held on September 25, 2026.

Scrutinizer's Role, Findings, and Conclusions

Mr. Muffaddal Jawadwala was responsible for scrutinizing the entire e-voting process. His duties included ensuring a fair and transparent process, maintaining a register of votes, and submitting a report based on data downloaded from the e-voting portal. He concluded that all resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders. The electronic data and relevant records were handed over to the Company Secretary.
