Lend Lease Acquires Nexome Capital Via Rights Issue

Lend Lease Company (India) Limited, a promoter entity, acquired 11,61,988 equity shares of Nexome Capital Markets Limited via Rights Issue on March 24, 2026.
Post-acquisition, Lend Lease's holding in Nexome Capital rose from 4.92% to 16.46% of total voting capital.
Nexome Capital's equity share capital increased from Rs. 5,87,70,000 to Rs. 8,81,55,000 following the Rights Issue allotment.
