Shareholders of Linde India rejected a resolution to approve related party transactions with Praxair India for FY 2025-26, valued at INR 4,177 million.
The resolution, which required approval for RPTs with Praxair India, was voted down with 89.24% votes against at the EGM on 5th March 2026.
The voting results showed 10.76% in favor and 89.24% against, leading to the resolution's failure and non-approval of the related party transactions.
