Supreme Court heard Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.11913/2023 filed by Lloyd Insulations (India) Ltd against Foremexx Space Frames.
The Court condoned delay in filing and, after hearing senior counsel Ravi Prakash Mehrotra, refused to interfere with the High Court's order.
Consequently, the Special Leave Petition was dismissed and any pending applications were ordered disposed of.
