1. Lotus Chocolate Company Limited - Special Window for Physical Shares

The company has announced a special window for transfer and dematerialization of physical shares, remaining open until February 04, 2027.
This facility is implemented pursuant to SEBI Circular No. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/1/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
The window is available to investors who purchased physical shares prior to April 01, 2019, and either:
(a) had not lodged the shares for transfer, or
(b) had lodged the shares for transfer but were rejected, returned, or not attended to due to documentation deficiencies.
Only requests accompanied by original share certificates along with transfer deeds and supporting documents will be considered.
