Ludhiana Improvement Trust SLP Delay Condoned

Ludhiana Improvement Trust petitioned the Supreme Court for Special Leave to Appeal (Case No 23444/2025) against respondent Tarlocan Singh Thind.
On 18 May 2026, Registrar Ms Gracy L. Bawitung ordered the delay in filing proof of publication to be condoned.
The Court directed that the proof of publication be taken on record and the complete matter be presented before the Court.
A copy of this order was to be furnished immediately to the concerned Advocate‑on‑Record for compliance as instructed.
