Lyka Labs Appoints New Cost Auditor FY26-27

Lyka Labs' Board met on 31st March 2026 and approved appointment of M/s. Nidhi Subhash Tibrewala & Co. as Cost Auditors.
The new firm fills a casual vacancy for FY2025-26 caused by resignation of M/s. Rajaram M Walavalkar & Co.
The same firm was also appointed as Cost Auditor for FY2026-27, covering two consecutive financial years.
