He would confirm sale of the Flat in favour of the Petitioner. He would submit that Respondent No.4 was without any income after COVID pandemic and that he has recently secured a job and is earning salary of Rs.15,000/- per month, out of which he is willing to pay an amount of Rs.10,000/- to the Society towards repayment of the loan."
3. The Court observed that the petitioner‑society possesses sufficient security to recover the loan amount and therefore found no ground to interfere with the High Court’s order.
