This is a corrigendum to correct a typographical error in the original Board Meeting Outcome letter dated 08th June 2026. The error occurred in the body of the original letter where the date of the Board Meeting was incorrectly mentioned as "08th August, 2026" instead of the correct date "08th June, 2026".
The Board Meeting was actually held on Monday, 08th June 2026, commencing at 10:00 AM and concluding at 10:30 AM. During this meeting, the Board considered and approved the request for reclassification of Mr. T. Satish U. Pai from the Promoter category to the public category, subject to the approval of the Stock Exchanges.
This correction is limited to the aforesaid typographical error only, and all other contents of the original disclosure remain unchanged and valid. The company requests the exchanges to take this corrected information on record.
