Mahalaxmi Rubtech shareholders passed three special resolutions via postal ballot e-voting, concluded on May 20, 2026.
Mr. Balveermal Singhvi was re-appointed and his directorship continued beyond 75 years, while Mrs. Renukaben Patel was regularized as an Independent Director.
All resolutions passed with near-unanimous approval, receiving 99.99% votes in favor from the 65.78% of share capital that voted.
