Mahan Energen Early Hearing Plea Dismissed by SC

Supreme Court dismissed Mahan Energen's applications seeking early hearing of its civil appeals against Union of India.
The court found no case to entertain the early hearing requests for appeals CA No. 13826/2025 and CA No. 13827/2025.
