Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited files an application with NCLAT to condone a 62-day delay in refiling its appeal against Gensol Engineering's RP.
The delay is attributed to duplicated defect notifications, missing counsel signatures, and unclear annexures, which the appellant claims were bona fide procedural issues.
The NCLAT Registrar notes the substantial delay and directs the case to be listed before the bench for admission with the defect.
