Supreme Court heard a Special Leave Petition filed by Maharashtra State Road Development Corp Ltd challenging a Bombay High Court judgment.
The petition seeks condonation of delay in filing and exemption from filing copy of the impugned judgment by the court.
The Court, comprising Chief Justice and Justice Joymalya Bagchi, ordered the matter to be listed for further hearing on 18 May 2026.
