Mahindra & Mahindra Limited has published a notice regarding the loss/misplacement of several equity share certificates. The company has received applications from registered shareholders/claimants for issuance of duplicate share certificates in accordance with applicable provisions.
The following share certificates have been reported lost:
- Anuradha Agarwal (Folio A011882, Certificate 2002276, Distinctive Nos. 540369-540568) - 200 shares
- Jaipal Jain jointly with Yeshpal Jain (Folio J004958, Certificate 416182, Distinctive Nos. 1239610658-1239610989) - 332 shares
- Thrity Rusi Poonawala jointly with Tina Rusi Poonawala (Folio P016702, Certificate 2020200, Distinctive Nos. 6258257-6258732) - 476 shares
- Prabha Venugopal (Deceased) jointly with M Venugopal (Folio V004011, Certificate 424226, Distinctive Nos. 1242517639-1242518518) - 880 shares
- Sudha Banthia jointly with Abhay Banthia (Folio B011236, Certificates 422871 & 2003975, Distinctive Nos. 1241940922-1241940969 & 1123119-1123166) - 48 shares each certificate
The public has been warned against purchasing, transacting in, or otherwise dealing with these securities. If no claim or objection is received within 15 days from the date of publication (13th June 2026), the company will proceed to issue duplicate equity share certificates. No claims will be accepted regarding the original certificates after duplicates are issued.
