The company, through its Managing Director Mr. Virendra Jain (DIN: 00530078), certifies that compliance with Regulation 32 of SEBI (LODR) regulations, 2015 is not applicable for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
The non-applicability is based on the fact that the company has not issued any shares by way of:
- Public issue
- Rights issue
- Preferential issue
- Or any similar share issuance mechanisms
during the specified period ended September 30, 2026.
Regulatory Requirements Avoided
