1. Appointment of Cost Auditor
The Board approved the appointment of M/s. C. B. Modh & Co., Cost & Management Accountants (Firm Registration Number: 101474) as the Cost Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 2026-27. This appointment was made upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee and is pursuant to Section 148 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (Cost Records and Audit) Rules, 2014.
