Consequences of Non-Compliance

  • From April 1, 2024, dividends/interest will be paid only through electronic mode until all KYC details are furnished
  • If updated after April 1, 2024, shareholders will receive all dividends/interest declared during the period from April 1, 2024 till date of updation
  • SEBI has mandated that transfer of securities held in physical form shall not be processed unless dematerialized
