Mangalam Industrial Finance shareholders approved 11 material related party transactions with various Wardwizard entities and individuals via postal ballot.
Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Venkata Ramana Revuru as Managing Director and his remuneration through a special resolution.
All resolutions passed with overwhelming majority support, ranging from 99.61% to 99.81% in favor of the proposals.
The e-voting process was conducted from March 27 to April 25, 2026, with results scrutinized by appointed company secretary Kamal A Lalani.
