Manoj Vaibhav Gems Franchise Agreement with Related Party

Manoj Vaibhav Gems 'N' Jewellers approved a Franchise Agreement with M/s. Gontla Trading LLP to operate new jewellery stores at two Visakhapatnam locations.
The transaction is a Related Party Transaction as Gontla Trading LLP's Designated Partners are relatives of the Company's JMD and WTD & CFO.
Estimated maximum transactions for FY 2026-27 are ₹180 crore (sale of bullion/jewellery) and ₹20 crore (purchase), totalling ₹200 crore.
