The Board of Directors of the Company approved the shifting of the Registered Office via Circular Resolution (01/2026-27) passed on July 29, 2026. The change is effective from August 1, 2026.
The old registered office address was: Survey No. 321, Kallakal Village, Medak District, Telangana – 502336.
The new registered office address is: Kushal Tractor Building, Survey No. 412 and 413, Kallakal Village, Manoharabad Mandal, Medak District, Telangana – 502336.
The company specifically notes that this change does not impact the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
The resolution authorizes Krati Garg, Company Secretary of the Company, to sign and file Form INC-22 and any other necessary documents with the Registrar of Companies, and to perform all acts necessary to give effect to the resolution. She is also authorized to intimate BSE regarding this change within prescribed timelines and update the company website.
