Maruti Suzuki India Limited has provided an update on its ongoing matter with the Competition Commission of India (CCI). The matter, which was previously adjourned and scheduled for a hearing on 28th September 2026, was listed for arguments to be advanced on behalf of the CCI. The hearing did not proceed as planned, and the matter has now been adjourned to 2nd November 2026 for arguments to continue. This intimation is a follow-up to a prior disclosure made by the company on 30th July 2026 regarding the same matter. The communication is addressed to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
