NCLT Guwahati adjourns a Section 241-242 oppression and mismanagement case against Master (India) Brewing Co. Pvt. Ltd.
The adjournment is due to a pending Section 7 insolvency application filed against the same company.
The matter is now listed for further consideration on 03 July 2026.
The next hearing for the IBC application is scheduled for 01 July 2026.
