Max Healthcare Institute Limited is participating in the second 100-days awareness campaign titled 'Saksham Niveshak' initiated by the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The campaign runs from April 1, 2026, to July 9, 2026, and focuses on encouraging shareholders to update their KYC details and claim any unpaid or unclaimed dividends before transfer to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).

Regulatory Compliance Update

With effect from November 18, 2025, dividends are processed only in electronic mode, with payment through dividend warrants or cheques discontinued. Payment is subject to:

  • Folio being KYC compliant (PAN, contact details including mobile number, bank account details, and specimen signature registered for physical shareholders)
  • Updating bank details with Depository Participants (for dematerialized shareholders)

This follows SEBI Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/38/13/(4)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/4298/2026 dated February 6, 2026.

Shareholder Action Required

Shareholders must submit the following documents based on their holding type:

Demat Form Holdings:

  • Update KYC details with Depository Participant (bank account number, bank name and branch, IFSC code, MICR, nomination)
  • Submit self-attested copy of client master list (CML) to RTA or upload on RTA's website

Physical Form Holdings:

  • Submit duly filled Investor Service Request Forms (ISR-1, ISR-2, ISR-3 or Form SH-13) with supporting documents
  • Original cancelled cheque with account holder's name
  • Other supporting documents as required
