Maxgrow India Seeks Majority Creditor Status in Ushdev Windpark Insolvency

Maxgrow India Limited filed an application with NCLT Chennai to be recognized as the majority financial creditor of Ushdev Windpark Pvt Ltd.
The application seeks to grant Maxgrow voting rights and participation in the Committee of Creditors (CoC) meetings.
The respondent stated no voting on the resolution plan would occur until the next hearing, scheduled for 26 May 2026.
The tribunal directed the applicant to serve copies and granted the respondent two weeks to file a reply.
