Arbitration Award Update:

• The Commercial Court in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, has dismissed two petitions filed by the Public Works Department, Government of Uttarakhand.
• The petitions were filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, challenging an arbitration award dated 14.12.2024.
• The arbitration award is in favour of MBL Infrastructure Ltd. and pertains to the project 'Improvement and Strengthening of Roads in the District of Udham Singh Nagar (Package No. C-2)' in Uttarakhand.
• The total value of the arbitration award, including interest, is ₹82.77 Crores as of 27.07.2026.
• The award continues to accrue further interest at a rate of 12% per annum until the date of full payment is made to the company.
